About Our Centers

Workstations

EZO Contact Centers feature around 50 seats each, meticulously designed to address noise concerns. The workstations incorporate partitions between agents, and the interior of these partitions is enveloped in soundproofing material, effectively minimizing disruptions from neighboring agents’ conversations.

Connectivity

EZO Contact Centers boast connectivity from four of the nation’s top-tier internet service providers, supplemented by a fifth backup satellite connection, ensuring constant online availability. A failover switch interconnects all routers, enabling a seamless transition between ISPs as needed.

Power Redudancy

In terms of power redundancy, EZO Contact Centers are well-prepared. Our systems are initially linked to a Universal Power Source (UPS) equipped with four substantial batteries. Additionally, a power generator is in place for extended power backup in case the UPS depletes. In the rare event of unavailability of generator fuel, a secondary UPS system for the internet routers kicks in to sustain connectivity.
